Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Autopilot Options (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in options trading in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Autopilot Options is a software platform that connects to your brokerage account and automates options trade execution within parameters you configure. The Service does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or investment recommendations. You retain full control and responsibility over your trading activity.

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. The Service does not guarantee any particular outcome, profit, or prevention of loss. You acknowledge the risks described in the Risk Disclosure and accept responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: misuse API access, attempt to circumvent risk controls, use the Service for market manipulation or illegal trading activity, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time fees (such as White Glove Setup) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period upon cancellation. If you experience a technical error attributable to our platform, contact support within 7 days to request a review.

All platform software, design, content, and proprietary algorithms are owned by or licensed to Autopilot Options. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during an active subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopilot Options is not liable for trading losses, missed executions, brokerage failures, API interruptions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify Autopilot Options against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your trading activity, or your misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
