How do I pause automated trading?
From your dashboard. The pause control halts all automated activity immediately, and you can lift it from the same place whenever you're ready.
My brokerage connection isn't working.
Check that your connection still has trade permission and hasn't expired, then reconnect it from the Brokerage page. If it still won't connect, open a ticket and we'll dig in with you.
How do I move from paper to live trading?
Complete all seven authorization gates — active subscription, connected brokerage, finished risk settings, and the four signed disclosures — then enable live trading yourself. Nothing flips on automatically.
How fast do you respond?
